Television arrived in Iceland in 1966. This amazing DVD shows the first Clock caption and News introduction. Then we come a little more up-to-date with a look at Icelandic TV in the Eighties with examples of test cards, clocks, announcers, weather charts, identifications captions, etc., radiated by RUV and Stöd-2. Not just one country on this DVD, but three! Clocks, test cards, idents, news intro’s, announcers, weather charts, etc, etc from the TV services in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Running Time: 45 Minutes approx.
